Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Machine Operator to join our production team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn machine operation, support manufacturing processes, and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate basic production machinery under supervision

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance

• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects or irregularities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Report equipment issues or production delays to supervisors promptly

• Support general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
