Inside Sales Representative – Nutritional Supplement Line

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
We are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the professional healthcare supplement space. You’ll be joining a supportive team, including a hands-on sales manager, and play a key role in driving revenue and building relationships with healthcare professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries (leads provided from industry trade sources)
  • Educate prospects on product benefits and usage (training provided)
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to meet sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Prior inside sales experience preferred (healthcare or supplement industry a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and standard office software
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Office-based role in a new, professional work environment
