Business Services/Office Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Services/Office Coordinator to support operations in a fast-paced facilities mail room and office setting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, general office support responsibilities, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for mailroom and office operations.

  • Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, offering client-facing support as needed.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft applications, as well as web-based systems used by Aramark.

  • Collaborate with team members and build effective working relationships across departments.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in shipping/receiving, mailroom, or office coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and web-based applications.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage confidential information.

    Pay Rate: $22 – $24 per hour

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break; some flexibility in start/end times)
