• Quality Control (QC) Inspector
• Machine Operator

We’re currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ. These are hands-on roles within a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Candidates should have general warehouse knowledge, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and material handling
• Operate equipment and follow production or quality control procedures as assigned
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards (for QC roles)
• Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments (for Shipping & Receiving roles)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Schedule: Monday–Friday (full-time)
