Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, provide excellent communication, and help keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries professionally

Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining records

Prepare, edit, and format documents, emails, and reports

Handle data entry and update spreadsheets/databases as needed

Provide general administrative support to staff and management

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
