Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, provide excellent communication, and help keep the office organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries professionally

  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining records

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, emails, and reports

  • Handle data entry and update spreadsheets/databases as needed

  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (files, office supplies)
