Inside Sales Representative – Nutritional Supplement Line

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
We are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives who are motivated, detail-oriented, and
eager to grow within the professional healthcare supplement space. You’ll be joining a
supportive team, including a hands-on sales manager, and play a key role in driving revenue
and building relationships with healthcare professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts
● Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries (leads provided from industry
trade sources)
● Educate prospects on product benefits and usage (training provided)
● Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
● Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to meet sales targets
● Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships

Qualifications:
● Prior inside sales experience healthcare or supplement industry
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and standard office software
● Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
● Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Work Schedule & Environment:
● Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
● Office-based role in a new, professional work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
● Base salary: $70,000
● Incentive/Commission: Potential to earn $100K–$110K
