Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. The representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong written and oral communication skills. This position assists in the retention of existing accounts by providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of producer activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls requesting changes/quotes to existing policies. Complete changes/requests, complete endorsements, and collect premiums when applicable.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Process renewals.
• Answer billing questions.
• Submit claims.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license
• 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
