DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |

| • Receive all deliveries | ||||||||
| • Maintain and arraign all coolers and freezers | ||||||||
| • Swept and moped daily. Clean behind all cooking equipment in the main kitchen Ovens, deep fryer, etc… | ||||||||
| • Moved from all walls. Walls cleaned, degreased and sanitized | ||||||||
| • Produce and Dairy Deliveries : Always follow FIFO (First In – First Out) (Rotate Stock accordingly | ||||||||
| • Main Order from Gordons: Frozen → Fresh (Perishables) →Canned Goods→Dry Storage (Paper, Chemicals, etc…) | ||||||||

REQUIREMENTS: |

| • High school diploma or equivalent | ||||||||
| • Provide proof of COVID vaccination | ||||||||
| • Mus be able to lift up to 40lbs
