DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify the different types of sheets (pick them up individually and flip them over one by one) or top frames stacking into separate pallets
• Follow inspection criteria as monitored on SOP’s and Policies
• Remove Damaged/ Scrap material and place on a separate pallet using ID Scrap tags to mark the pallet
• If needed clean both sides of sheets using 99% Isopropyl alcohol on special cleaning sheets (for top frames use a damp cloth with water ONLY) removing transferable contamination and ensure that product is completely dry before stacking
• All sheets must go through the machines after the special cleaning/ and sorting process is completed
• Record all damages for sheets and top frames removed and the amount of special cleaning accurately and completely on the related forms providing accurate data at all times
• Communicate excessive amounts to the Site Manager, Shift Lead as soon as possible
• Keep warehouse and working areas clean and tidy/ Clean as you go
• Remember to work according to GMP’s and SQF requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment
• At least 2 years previous production-based work
• High Computer skill ( exce l)
• Ability to provide an effective line of communication
• Have the ability to lift 55 lbs. consistently throughout the day
