Shift Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting the Site Manager in all day to day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customer and internal associates
• Oversee and support the production team and communicate daily goals
• Responsible to assist in leading a safety program that is in compliance with OSHA Standard and CTPS policies
• Responsible to communicate projects and be in compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Quality standards.
• Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast pace work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and Email
• Ability to provide an effective line of communication
• Multi-tasking
• Ability to operate forklift in fast paced environment and obtain forklift certifications.
•·Knowledge of transport packaging and production based warehouse environment
