DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering customer questions, providing information, taking, and processing orders and addressing complaints
•  Answering phone calls and calling and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries
•  Schedule meetings, keep minutes of meetings and review inventory.
•  Compiling, maintaining, and updating planning records
•  Working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of materials
•  Distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
•  Compiling and maintaining records of planning transactions
•  Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments
•  This position would be Temporary for 3 months.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Highschool Diploma, college degree preferred
Computer skills, intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
Excellent administrative Skills
Detail-oriented
Requires little to no supervision to carry out duties.
Exceptional customer service skills to maintain good relationships and effective communication with personnel and vendors.
Super organizational skills to maintain and retrieve records with accuracy.
