Bilingual Payroll / HR Manager (Spanish/English)


Our client is looking for a Payroll/ HR Manager to perform all tasks related to payroll processing such as collecting employees’ timesheets and payroll data, calculating wages, auditing time reports, detailing earnings, and processing paychecks to employees and contractors.


Maintain insurance plans
Prepare reports for Finance meetings
Interact with the Finance Manager
Transfer payroll funds to the corresponding bank account
Enter and process bi-weekly wire transfers and payroll
Daily maintenance of Paylocity
Update contractors’ work schedules
Monitor promotions, transfers, and terminations
Monitor time-off requests and vacation/sick days for all staff
Issue W-2s and 1099’s
Make sure account balances are correct
Resolve payroll errors
Ensure that payroll is on time
Responsible for time punch
Verify ITIN and Social Security via eVerify
Coordinate with Operations to review absence reports
Work with the operations team regarding Paylocity
Hold Operations Accountable for Reports
Maintain employee files
Meet HR compliance
Onboard new hires
Prepare offer letters
Verify new hires’ credentials (IRS Verification/Background Checks)
Manage the office calendars and schedules


Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, especially Gsuites
Experience with accounting systems/software, especially Paylocity
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Tech Savvy
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Availability to travel (10% – make deposits and pick up PO Box mail)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
