Job description:

Processes all the daily operational accounting entries related to accounts receivable. Responsible for the processing and verification of cash deposits, vendor invoices, and all relevant requests or inquiries. Ability to participate in projects as assigned. Will be assigned tasks from the description below.

  • Enters all incoming deposits into accounting ERP system.
  • Deposit funds electronically via bank remote deposit
  • Process US and Canada credit card transactions
  • Daily cash allocation of deposits received from lockbox checks, mailed checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and ach payments
  • Interfaces with various internal departments to ensure proper application of cash and resolve any discrepancies related to deposits
  • Research payment inquiries from internal and external requests
  • Processes sales credit adjustments ensuring proper distribution of sales commission
  • Process drop-ship orders and invoices within accounting system


·       High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree in related field a plus

·       2-4 years accounting experience or related field required

·       Good analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills

·       Organized and self-motivated with good attention to detail

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficiency in Word and Excel

·       Accuracy and efficiency regarding data entry with an ability to research and resolve discrepancies
